Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping
Orders of $89 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Orders under $89 are charged shipping at checkout.
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM Central Time on business days ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next available business day. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground.
Expedited shipping is available by request. Additional charges apply. Please contact us before placing your order at support@bulkheadfitting.com or 830-626-2401.
Returns
Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective or damaged item.
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
Customer-requested exchanges—including exchanges due to size, fit, preference, or ordering the wrong item—are treated as a return and a new shipment.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and the applicable shipping charge for the replacement shipment. Free shipping on the original order does not carry over to an exchange, and the $89 free-shipping minimum does not apply to customer-requested replacement shipments.
If we shipped the wrong item, or the item is defective or damaged when received, contact us promptly. We will provide return instructions and cover the return and replacement shipping costs.
Undeliverable Orders
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, original and return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.
